I also live near Wash DC. I am interested in same class C that you are. I ran across same DC craigslist ad you found but have not contacted seller. And i am brand new to this forum and RVs. I agree with others that water damage is a real deal breaker. Would you consider going in 50:50 on a used "C"? Just floating an idea, that is all. Good luck in any case. Kevin
