Thanks for all of your help. Took off the toilet yesterday and problem was easy to see. The camping world "technician" had left the old rubber ring on the toilet AND put a new on on the floor opening resulting in the 2 rings trying to lie flat - which wasn't going to happen. chuck
Wow. Glad you got it sorted. You should get in touch with Camping World for some compensation. You paid good money for installation labor that you ended up having to do yourself.
