just been reading and learning!
I love VW's I have a 1966 VW beetle that I saved from the scrap yard, and decided to take it to Orangeburg, SC for the " Drag Night " VW event. I Just watched the other VWs race, and just entered mine in the show. Great time with a great bunch of people.
Now this was my first boondocking, no Power, Water, or Sewer.
ran the genny to keep cool, as it was well over 100* most of the day, Generator ran great, it cooled the best it could in that no shaded spot.




3rd trip will be to Gaffney, SC KOA with the boys this weekend.
