Newbie to Class A RVing

As this is my first post I apologize for any errors I make up front.

My wife and I have been camping off and on throughout the years. We decided in October to purchase a used 34' 2007 Winnebago Voyage with 24,100 miles on it. So far we are pleased with what we bought and knew getting into it we needed to spend some money to make ours.

First major purchase, new tires. That Michelin Man is proud of his tires. The original tires were DOT dated 2106 and looked like they have never seen shade or tire covers. The tire tech was surprised one had not blown yet.

So as this is my first post I do have a question for anyone who has an answer. Valve stem extensions.....what are your thoughts for the rear duels? We have steal rims with simulators and both the outside and inside tire valve stems are hard to get at. I had the tire store put new valve stems in, no not rubber ones but steel. I hear lots of rumblings about valve extenders leaking and other horror stories.

thoughts?
