I understand that Newell is one of the top brands and I came upon this yesterday evening at RVonline.

Its a 2000 45' for $129,000.00. Am I wrong or is that a very good price for a Newell? It says its currently set up as a handicap coach but they will change that if desired.
I've read some comments where people said they would buy a 10+ year old Newell or Prevost over a four year old coach from any other brand. Is that reasonable?

6 months ago, I bought a 13 year old Bluebird (same class of quality as a Newell or Prevost) instead of something newer. So, I am one that definitely subscribes to that line of thinking (going older high end vs newer middle to low end).
Can't comment on that price as I am not familiar with what Newells are going for. But, it does seem like a good value to me. That coach - even at 14 years old - will still likely be able to outlast a brand new fiberglass sticks and staples coach over the long haul.
