Newell is a good ride right?

I've read some comments where people said they would buy a 10+ year old Newell or Prevost over a four year old coach from any other brand. Is that reasonable?

The Newell looks nice in the pictures. Amazing how much room there is without a slide in the living room. As far as price, looks in line but every coach has to be looked at in person.

Where we have our coach consigned, they have a 2004 Newell with 4 slide-outs reduced to $239,500 from $395K and it has 65,000 miles. (Motorhomesoftexas.com).
