So, the Ford V10's with the Torqueshift 5-speed, what kind of mpg are you getting? Yes, I know alot depends on coach size and weight, but on average, how much?

Traveylin makes the point that I reckon is always in the back of my mind when I read and post to threads involving "MPH". It's really about the journey and the many people I have had the privilege to meet along the way. Back in '88 when my micro C was getting up to 18 mpg and I was paying less than $2 per gallon, I figured my mph like it really counted. I did the figures and moaned I only got 13 mph while bucking a head wind, pitch the figures, fill the tank and start planning the next trip.
