Newer Ford V10 Gas Mileage
So, the Ford V10's with the Torqueshift 5-speed, what kind of mpg are you getting? Yes, I know alot depends on coach size and weight, but on average, how much?

- A Ford V-10 mounted in a go cart frame will get 12 mpg tops.
- It is amazing to me why this question gets posed. If you can afford a motorhome why would you worry about mileage?? Its going to weigh around 17K to 22K for a gasser and 30 to 40 for a DP. Any thing over 8 for a gasser is great and anything in the 10s for DP is good. Just sit back and enjoy it.
- On the flats here in FL doing 62 on the hwy. I average 10 mpg but I have the 4 speed auto.
- I don't have one, but I can guess the answers--------6-8 mpg.
