Op back. I will call Newmar tomorrow. Of course it breaks 3 days AFTER I left Newmar service center. Ugh. I did have another latch break but was able to get to it from another bay. Newmar sent me the part, link. It was an easy fix. But the bugaboo here is getting the bay open. Grrr
