5. The factory was clean and spacious. Saw a quality check sheet and it is extensive. Take away is that they build a quality product. There is no sense of rush to meet numbers.

I met both Dave and Claude at the Chicago RV show in February of this year. I have talked to Loren over the phone a few times and sent a few emails back and forth. They all seem to be top notch people to deal with. The best RV for my wife and myself at this time is the Phantom 28 P (we do not want slide outs) with a few modifications. The mods would include MCD window shades, solid shower door, delete skylight from shower, and have side valances on all windows (a little longer than what is currently used as well). I have not seen these phantom 28 P except for some photos. What was your overall impression that particular model? It seems to be relatively spacious even without the slide outs.
