What a great customer service story.
I think Nexus has been reading of PC owner stories and figured it would be good business to model after Phoenix USA. So there are a couple of great factory direct companies in Elkhardt Indiana. PCs for people who want to scale down, Nexus for those who want more elbow room. They seem to compliment each other.
