IMO, I don't think the two are connected. For those that have Class A's and towed, you know the tow car follows you like a little puppy dog. To me that car has too much of an angle. Imagine pulling that rig into that spot, and where that 3-5 foot tow bar would be in relation to where the car is. It don't add up in my mind.
As far as taking up multiple spot's. I do that on purpose. You have those out there that just HAVE to park next to you. Makes pulling out a little tense.
