Apparently you are not familiar with the side mounted radiator on a Spartan chassis. Even cleaning the radiator is a several day job if you do it yourself, which includes removing the hydraulic oil coolers, then removing the charge air cooler, and THEN you can clean out the radiator. Not an easy job.
