No 12 V power at all W/O shore line or generator

I'm camping at the race track. Generator only from 7am to 10pm. When I shut down generator I have 12v power for just a short while, then nothing. No lights no refrig (bad). Cannot even check volta...

Is there a main switch? It would be located just inside the door.
