What model NoCool and is it a 1999? How cold out is it? Can you hear the fans running? Are you going to loose food with it not working? PM me if so.
In the link Old-B posted above in addition to the reset procedure there is a lot of information on what else you can get out of your control display. It's a good trouble shooting aid and I use it to display the fin temp which is 5-7 degrees colder than the door temps.
When I had my control board cover off I drilled a 1/2' hole in it at the left end of the plug/pin 15 that you use to reset so I do not have to take the cover off. Yes, resetting mine made it work again and I could not find anything that made it stop.
