$5,000 will buy a LOT of 2x12s or 2x8s to make leveling blocks to put under the tires.
How level you need to be depends on two factors: personal comfort and operation/damage to the 'fridge. The former only you can tell, the latter is not subjective, but probably less than the point at which you experience distress.
If you throw an egg on the griddle in the morning and it pours off the edge before solidifying, you are clearly too far off level.
Those are just my opinions, YMMV.
