If you have slides, I would have leveling mechanism to keep from damaging slide mechanism on unlevel ground. Blocks or jacks are a personal choice. I would put the jacks on (as I did on a previous 1991 class A years ago). If you don't have slides, it is not as important. Fridge does not have to be completely level to work.
