No power when traveling down the road
Have a 2010, 32ft Tioga. Refrigerator, lights, ect will not work while traveling. I have new house batteries, have replaced power converter, have checked all breakers and fuses....battery switch is on...

The battery should connect to the +BAT connection on the 12VDC Power Distribution Panel. The 12VDC from the Converter.charger unit also connects to this same connection point.
You are saying it works when on Pedestal or generator power and NO 12VDC when just on battery.
There has to be a disconnect between the battery terminals and the 12VDC Distribution Panel where all the fuses are located.
Like said above it could be simply the Battery Disconnect Switch is in the wrong position. Could also be a bad battery...
Time to pull out the MULTIMETER and do some tracing back from the battery connections...
