No strap on main awning. How do I know the length I need?

Hi, all! I'm brand new here and just bought a used Class C and had it delivered to my home yesterday. A bit of buyer's remorse going on inside me, wondering if I really did the right thing, but I know...

So it sounds like I need a smaller (weaker) inverter and to forget about running the microwave unless I have a generator or shore power. There's so much to know about this ****, I'm starting to feel like I've made a terrible mistake. To put it another way, I'm freaking out.
