Is it kind of a******shoot purchasing an 11-15 year old unit? I know the motor, trans, gen will last forever if properly maintained, but electrical and plumbing have me concerned. I guess it could happen on a 5 year old unit. I just don't want my family and I to have a bad experience and I know there’s no way of knowing when a problem will arise. I do plan on PM and checking as much as possible. Any suggestions on PM for older units?
