https://www.arprv.com/troubleshoot-norcold-recall.php this is what I did when ours went out- if you have the recall kit- it would go out everytime it rained on the fridge side of the camper, I fianlly just bypassed it until I could get it to a dealer for service and verification it was the recall kit
