The magnet didn't do the trick, I guess I have one of the older boxes.
The power in wire is red and the power out wire is blue, I disconnected both wires, unplugged the blue wire from the fridge board and replaced it with the red wire, just like magic, I now have power.
I don't intend to run it this was, but at least I know what the problem is and can have the box replaced.

That's all well and good what you did but the truth is I would start making plans now to consider having the NoCold replaced with a residential one. It just isn't worth it for folks to put up with the less than acceptable, unreliable and sometimes unsafe operation.
