Last year in Oct We had a new cooling unit put in a norcold 1201LRM and it was a amish unit from David at RV cooling the extend a ride warranty would cover it. I have talked to David many times before...

First - I'd call David Force at RV Cooling Unit Warehouse (901-337-9948) where you purchased the Amish replacement cooling unit for your Norcold 1201 LRM and go over your problems with him. Ask if there's someone in your area knowledgeable and qualified to look at it. I seems from what you're saying, the original installation may not have been up to par.
