My freezer is down is down to 14 dgs but the box is at seventy. what causes that?

Thermostat turned all the way up?
Storage/high humidity switch position.......normal or high humidity?
Main flame burning...strong/steady blue flame? That used gas valve still working?
Good air circulation/flow across backside of fridge...no obstructions, no dead air spaces?
Have you tried it back on AC power?
