My freezer is down is down to 14 dgs but the box is at seventy. what causes that?

Thermostat set at coldest setting. On normal only 26% humidty. Gas valve working properly. had flame checked and pressure at 10.5. This 3 weks ago at one time was down to I think -3 fr. and 28 box for maybe a day. been having quite a time with this thing.
