Usually in these situations, the Defendant, Norcold, has to make an attempt to locate/notify all of the plaintiffs. Everyone has until September 16, 2016, to make their claim.
I glad to see the judge threw out the first settlement. Typically the attorneys get 10 million and the plaintiffs get $6.00 each.
