- ThomBolesExplorerNot sure what model you have or what the door looks like but I had to replace the door on our N611 and to get the panel off the front was a chore. It was glued into the track that it sits in. I basically destroyed the old door (it had a broken hinge already) getting the panel off the front of it.

See pg 17 for referenced diagram - Gonzo42ExplorerWhen I got my unit replaced, it was simple to pop loose the edge and slide out the panel to move it into the new unit.
- Some OEM's use a small drip of silicone to hold the door panels in place to keep from moving slightly. IF this is the case, you have to use a metal flat piece of metal to slide between the door panel and the door backer to cut that silicone loose. Doug
