norcold fridge, no display - blown fuse?

Well Folks, the 'recall circuit board' was the culprit, but the fix might surprise you. I took the coach into La Mesa RV, where I bought it. The service manager took one look at the solid red led lit up on the small, square 'recall circuit board', and said he thought he could fix it easily. He came back with a magnet, which he scanned horizontally across the top of the recall ckt board - with the cover still in place - several times, but the light didn't go dark. He called one of the mechanics out, and this guy first place another small (but powerful) magnet on the left edge of the rectangular, raised area on the lower part of the cover, then began swiping another magnet across the top edge. after about 15 or 20 passes, the led went dark and the problem was cleared. They were not able to tell me exactly what this process 'resets', but they've done it several times before and none of their previous customers has returned with the same problem. They didn't charge me. Pretty cool. So now I have 2 magnets in my tool box in case this happens again.
