Audible alarm sounding and readout states "no" "co". Followed CORRECTIVE ACTIONS but still no change. Any other ideas or hints welcome.

Just had the same problem several weeks ago. Had to ground a pin on the control board to clear it as Old-Biscuit mentioned.
Mine was caused by the fact it was 115 degrees when I plugged it in and it didn't cool fast enough which caused the alarm.
