Norcold ice maker water over filling
I recently had maitance on the ice maker. It worked great for about 4 weeks. Now it is straining to pop out the ice cubes. I now realize that the water is overfilling and it is creating a sheet of ice...

Problem is on the 1200model Norcolds the icemaker end panel can't be removed without taking the whole icemaker loose and turning it 90deg. I did some measuring and drilled a 1/2" hole opposite the adjusting screw. Changed out the whole assembly recently and used the old drilled end cap on the new one.
