Put a couple of ounces of bleach (non scented-- the cheap stuff) in the female end of your hose.
With water tanks and lines drained, fill completely. After 30 minutes, turn on the pressure water pump and open each faucet (hot and cold) until you smell chlorine. Let it sit for an hour.
Drain, fill, drain fill and use.
For ice maker, you can disconnect it at the solenoid or attach a short piece of hose to bleed until you smell bleach. Then turn on the ice maker and let it make a batch of ice. Throw it away. You are good to go.
