So you paid for someone else to do it? At that point, what relevance is anything to do with the install besides how much it costs. I don't have a forklift in my garage and I doubt many others do either. Thanks for adding miss-information to the thread.
Not to say that 10 minutes is not an understatement - just noted that 6 hours seems a bit much. Saw a refer swapped out through a window last week. It didnt take nearly that long, start to finish. It took two techs and no seats had to be removed.
Yeah, 6 hours is a bit much but some places have a standard quote for a service like that. They just tell you it is a 6 hour labor rate job. I often wonder if it somehow did go over 6 hours if they would keep the price the same but the realist in me would have to assume that they want to have it both ways.
