Clean the burner (just because), remove the electrode, Check continuity- if the wire comes loose in the ceramic, it will still fire the spark, but not sense the flame.If that is good, wipe the ceramic part down with silicone spray, lightly sand the tip, reinstall with a 3/16" gap- I use a drill bit as a gauge.
The flame is sensed by a ~30 micropamp current which actually flows through the flame- no thermocouple. As Jim said- any resistance is bad.
