I always have issues if either 1) something in the top bin of the door is just a bit too tall and keeps the door from fully sealing (though it seems shut) or 2) something on one of the shelves is sticking out beyond the shelf and puts pressure against the door bins when you close the door, again keeping it from fully sealing though it seems shut.
Otherwise, almost 9 years of full-timing and about 40K miles and no other issues (other than the infamous recall!)
