Many states the department of Motor Vehicles sells registration information to anyone willing to come up with the fee, fee varies depending on many things so i can not even guess what it is.
NOTE: that this is a violation of the state's privacy laws in most cases but .. Well, it happens.
This is why when you register a new RV you suddenly get flyers in your mail box from campgrounds and such.
I offer this info only as a place to start..
NOW: As I said, selling the names and addresses of RV owners in most cases violates state privacy laws... But it still gets done.
For a much smaller fee you might be able to get a report:
We have the following numbers of vehicles registered in the state:
XXXX Pop up trailers
XXXX RV Trailers (other than pop up)
XXXX class a,b,c motor homes
(NOTE: I've compressed the data a bit)
