Off Road Class C Motorhome and Extended Tray
This is a local builder and their Off Road Class C Motorhome with a rear deck. Common on Caravans rare on Motorhomes, especially Off Road ones.

Agreed, it is not a current basis for a class C. I still think it would be, though with just a couple of tweaks.
