AC PF1218 1 qt capacity
NAPA 7099 standard
NAPA 1060 1 qt capacity
Wix 57099 standard
Wix 51060 1 quart capacity

That is the Workhorse part number for the oil filter on an 8.1L Vortec engine.

Which engine/chassis is under your Pace Arrow?
NAPA, or any parts store, can give you the correct filter with this information.

Find out what motor you have. Then go to an auto parts store and look up the motor in one of their books. There are also cross-references usually in the back of these books.
For instance, my GENERAC generator...."their" oil filter costs around 8 bucks.
NAPA has the same one for 4.

Standard filter can be found at any auto supply. Either Ford V10 or Chevy 8.1.

What is the make and size of your engine? Use that information rather than the Fleetwood number.
