Your six 75 mile each way trips gets the oil hot enough to drive out any moisture. At that rate I'd change it every 10 years so for the "OH NOers" make it every five years if that makes you feel better. I change mine when it gets above 14K miles which is about every two years. Just had someone else do it for the first time (SpeedCo) and engine and generator plus oil analysis was almost $400. Now I remember why I do it myself.
