Oil pressure oddity

While driving home today 3 hours into our 4 hour drive, I noticed the oil pressure drop suddenly and go right back up. I was running about 63 mph and pressure just under 50 on the gauge where it's usually around. It dropped quickly to about 25 and then back up as quick as ti happend. No engine issues or temp going up. It never happened again that I saw after that once.

Thoughts? Just a oil pressure sensing switch issue? Nothing to worry about? Oil level is good. No leaks when looking in bay after trip.
