This annoys me as well. The fill cap on our Miramar is on the back of the motorhome slightly closer to the drivers side but it's still far enough towards the middle that I have to get closer to the pumps than I'd like in some situations. The salesman said they put it there so you could fill up on either side but there is no way most hoses are long enough to fill up on the passenger side.
