Older bus style class a? As durable as they say?

Hey all, Interested in a bus chassis older, pref. mechanical motorhome, so prev1998, thinking country coach or maybe Monaco if they made one? Can you tell me th pluses and minuses of such a coac...

My 1993 Pace Arrow has the Cummins 8.3 trubo diesel with Allison 6 speed on an Oshkosh chassis (now Freightliner).

200K miles on the Cummins. Getting about 10MPG. Hydraulic disc brakes all around. Leaf spring suspension so I don't have to dink with Compressor\AirDryer\Airbrakes or Airbags. Put a new roof on her about 3/4 years ago.

Really love our PAID FOR coach. Going to be hard to let go of her when we upgrade down the road.

Will be looking at Tiffin & Fleetwood, perhaps others.
