The 13 year old systems should not be a deterrent. Our sysytems are 21 years old, and except for the roof ACs, the rest of the systems work fine--with maintenance, of course! I would recommend looking at a slightly older Affinity, like a 1998-2ooo, which will still fall in your price range. The Affinity has a larger fuel tank, and it will have three roof ACs as opposed to the Magna's two. Both are built with a super strong chassis, and will last forever if you take care of it. You can also find an-all-electric coach, if you so desire--the residential refrigerator is nice to have--our next coach will have it.
