I had my left knee replaced about 4 years ago. Long road to recovery but once in PT it starts getting better. All that said, I was still farming. Replacement knees are good but not like the original. I had to give up farming. Way too much stress on replacement knee. Good to go on everthing else though. Stick with the PT.
