X99 (not gonna count the Xs) 113 is good but minimal. As you know, there is pain. Work hard and work through it. In a very few weeks you will know why. It will be worth it.
My wife helped with my flex by pushing lightly and firmly to get me a couple more degrees each work out. Sometimes my butt came off the torture chair.
I still have one knee left to do.
