Yes. If you read the instructions on the can, B12 will do a fine job of cleaning injectors too.
If you have only injectors, Techron is pretty much universally accepted as a good injector cleaner. I don't remember ever seeing it mentioned as a carb cleaner though, one way or the other.
I have a little problem, however, with the "something like it" AND with "dump some in".
The whole point of my input into this thread was intended to be:
Not all products are created equal and B12 is probably the best fuel system cleaner on the market. And it should be used according to the directions, not just dump some in.
