Onan starter cable

I am trying to find where the onan starter cable is going. I trow away the Onan and have portable 3500 for emergency. I redone the Onan compartment and have more space. I want to add more batteries, but do not know where the starter cable is going. I could use this cable to hook up to house batteries. I can not find the wiring diagram. Thanks.

    The house batteries are usually the power source for starting the gen. on a Fleetwood.

    Most Fleetwood units have the genset starter switch on dash.
    The main battery power comes from the batteries on most fleetwood units which is by the radiator.
    So are you talking the start/stop or main power?

    2001 Brave SE 29A. The cable is going somewhere to the front.

    Should go straight to one of the battery systems battery.

    Mine is in the front run cabinet. That said, every coach mfg is different. That genset wasn't installed by Onan. Without knowing what make, model, year etc your coach is, makes it kinda hard for anyone to give you an intelligent answer...Dennis

    It either went to the battery bank for the house or chassis. Put a meter on it and remove the ground off house and chassis one at the time and you will found out which bank it went to.
