only have 20AMP service to coach with outside storage

I am on a waiting list to get covered storage. Until its available the coach will be in outside storage with only 20 Amp service available. My 2000 Bounder DP, has 30 AMP service. What I'm aski...

As long as you don't draw over 20 AMP all is good, anything over that will trip the breaker of your power source. Keeping the batteries charged will work fine. I do it all the time to get the frig cold a few days before leaving.
Just keep a watchful eye on your coach batteries for water level.
