maybe in trucks, that are constantly being driven, (our coach isn't) and the internal working of the Cummins has not been a bother. just the little stuff.
Think about 55k miles in 18 years, We do short trips that is hard on the Newmar that was built well for long trips on good highways, Our Newmar is taken off the freeways a lot. we love to boondock :)
So we pay the price. and the Newmar always gets us home.
