X2. Plenty of great deals on diesel pushers around that price.

It may be a good coach, but you need to have it checked. Make sure the owner has a complete set of maintenance records. Also, I noticed that is has the original TVs in it. You will need to set aside funds for some upgrades. Check for the paint checking issue. The coaches of that year had the defective sidewalls. Since it is in Florida, check to see if there are rust issues underneath.

Why would a camp ground care how old your coach is?

this subject comes up occasionally in this forum, no most parks don't enforce it but it is just there posted so they can weed out the wrecks.
can't believe that you haven't read posts here about that before. and I did say "easily waived".

It states there is a lien on it right on the Craigslist add.

It was in Florida so the flooding concern is something I would certainly want to check.
