Scott: Remove the burner and take it inside the house and scrub it in HOT soapy water. Something has spilled on it and thusly been "dried" and wont allow 100% of the air go thru it.
I had it happen to me when I had perc coffee boil over and spill on the burner.
After a REAL scrubbing put in back in place and fire it up. Doesnt take much to make the flame turn yellow / orange
